Active Rehabilitation

Feb 27 2020 - Synergy-9
Active rehabilitation is a therapeutic program with a focus on exercise, designed for clients who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. It is conducted by kinesiologists, and is similar to kinesiology through the method of performing a full assessment to diagnose issues and then designing a detailed exercise-based rehabilitation program to help your body restore its functionality and stability.

Active rehabilitation is usually prescribed by a doctor and funded by ICBC, to treat conditions such as poor posture, decreased core strength, repetitive strains, whiplash injuries, neck and back pain, and general lack of fitness.

Conditions treated:

  • Poor Posture
  • Decreased Core Strength
  • Repetitive Strains
  • Whiplash Injuries
  • Neck and Back Pain
  • General Fitness
