Cold Laser Therapy

Home / Cold Laser Therapy

Cold laser therapy uses low-level light energy to treat a wide array of conditions, ranging from sprains, musculoskeletal injuries, tendinitis, back pain, and arthritis to temporo-mandibular disorder, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic and degenerative conditions, and diabetic neuropathy.

The purpose of laser therapy is to provide light energy units via infrared laser radiation to damaged cells which increases healing. Cold laser therapy assists in soft tissue healing. As light energy is transformed into biochemical energy in the body, the blood supply to damaged cells is increased and the healing process is stimulated.
