Kinesiology

Home / Kinesiology

Kinesiology is defined primarily as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, and emotional energy. Kinesiologists look for ways to improve the efficiency and performance of the human body while at work or at play by studying the factors that influence human movement. They establish the body’s priority healing needs, and evaluate energy changes brought about by a broad spectrum of therapeutic procedures.

Kinesiology is an integral part to full recovery. Our highly trained and qualified Kinesiologists will conduct a physical assessment, and not only design an individualised program but also guide you through it. The kinesiologist will spend the time to teach and guide you on a one-to-one basis throughout the program, teaching you on how to utilise important muscles, proper body mechanics and prevent further injuries.
